WHO
We’re seeking a part time assistant for help at our concrete workshop. Production, finish work and general tasks helping with the creation of our signature castings. We’re looking for someone to grow with us.

EXPECATIONS
Some crafting experience / knowledge of creative processes preferred. Concrete is heavy, dusty and acidic, and we work outdoors. It is important to be comfortable with dirt, sweat, insects and temperature fluctuations. Flexible schedule to begin.

Handcrafting and growing all of our works is no small feat- we seek your help in bringing our visions to life. Be it in the garden, the studio, nursery or the hardware store - each of these places are necessary to the growth of Hort & Pott. There is no such thing as routine working with us, each day blossoms as it needs to, each season sways. No day is exactly the same and we embrace that. Sometimes it’s tough, others the going smooth - could be hot, cold, wet or crisp and cool, to embrace the change is the at the pulse of our practice.
We want to emphasize that working with us is not a ‘regular’ job but an opportunity to learn something new and develop or grow your skill sets. The process can be challenging but the end results sublime.
We can offer part time opportunity as we continue to build and want to emphasize that we’re seeking candidates who are able to pivot to different tasks as needed, work inside and out, help with monotonous chores that are necessities in the business and more important feel enthusiastic about our vision and dedication to creating in the new natural way.
