CERAMICS PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Studio production, Kiln & Inventory Support
Studio production, Kiln & Inventory Support
Hort & Pott is seeking a Ceramic Production Associate to support ongoing ceramic production in our studio. This role works closely with Todd to carry out the essential, repetitive, and detail-driven tasks that allow both inventory and bespoke collections to be produced at a high level.
This position is ideal for someone with foundational ceramic knowledge who values consistency, precision, and craft. The work is hands-on and methodical, supporting every stage of production — from clay preparation through glazing and firing — and plays a vital role in maintaining the rhythm and output of the studio.
Our ceramic studio is rooted in craft, process, and myth. This role is essential to sustaining that practice — supporting the unseen labor that allows each finished piece to exist with integrity. The work is steady, grounded, and meaningful for those who value making as a discipline.
This is a production-focused role; applicants should enjoy structured tasks and repeatable processes and see this role as an opportunity to deepen technical ceramic skills and production knowledge over time.
