OVERVIEW

Hort & Pott is seeking a Ceramic Production Associate to support ongoing ceramic production in our studio. This role works closely with Todd to carry out the essential, repetitive, and detail-driven tasks that allow both inventory and bespoke collections to be produced at a high level.

This position is ideal for someone with foundational ceramic knowledge who values consistency, precision, and craft. The work is hands-on and methodical, supporting every stage of production — from clay preparation through glazing and firing — and plays a vital role in maintaining the rhythm and output of the studio.
